Because every summit reached is a wish granted for a child who needs it.
Every dollar raised becomes a spark of hope for a critically ill child. Thanks to Make-A-Wish Canada, these contributions turn into magical moments that change a life forever. Here, every gesture has a real and deeply human impact.
La Montée de l'Espoir is not a solo adventure, it's a collective climb. Everyone who joins becomes a force that pushes further than the summit itself. Here, we don't watch a mission unfold, we carry it together, step by step.
Climbing the highest peak in Africa is a demanding challenge that pushes body and mind to their limits. But for these children, every day is an even greater climb. This project honours their courage, their resilience and their ability to keep moving forward no matter what.
$500,000 is more than a goal. It's the lives of 50 to 60 families transformed, hope rekindled through times marked by illness, treatments and uncertainty.
Thanks to $500,000, critically ill children will get to live a wish bigger than their illness. Together, we turn every contribution into a moment that changes a life.
No personal profit. Partners cover the expedition. Donations go directly to the foundation or are used to grow the campaign, and 100% of the total is given to Make-A-Wish Canada at the end of the campaign.
Every dollar of the $500,000 raised is given to Make-A-Wish Canada. Sponsorships cover the expedition, and any surplus is also donated to the foundation.
Make-A-Wish Canada gives critically ill children the chance to live a moment that rises above their illness: meeting their idol, travelling, becoming someone they admire, or simply experiencing something they never thought possible.
These wishes have a real impact. They bring light into times marked by treatments, hospital stays and uncertainty. They restore momentum where everything can sometimes seem to stand still.
Behind every wish there is a child, but also an entire family going through a time filled with uncertainty and waiting. Supporting the foundation means giving these families a moment that no treatment can replace.
